Index coverage, crawl errors, manual action notices, query-level performance data — everything modern SEO practitioners treat as table stakes came from the product line she started. It also created the first formal channel for Google to notify a site owner that something was wrong, which permanently changed how the two sides worked together.

She co-authored The Art of SEO and has spent much of her career on the translation problem: making search behaviour legible to the people building websites.
